A seat at the table
Unfortunately, only very few companies truly manage their Women Talent Management and Women Succession Planning in order to achieve sustainable development progress. This is not a topic of quotas, but a strong belief that teams are stronger and perform better when a healthy diversity mix is given.
We do work individually with your Women Top Talents in order to accompany them where they belong. We pick up topics that are often not brought to the table. We ask questions and encourage developing their own leadership philosophy and effective leadership style. The following topics might be part of the coaching:
- Having a seat at the table – deliver the added value which is expected
- Self-Marketing – Successful positioning of yourself and your accomplishments
- Work-Life-Balance – Partnership, children and other undertakings. Who gives in? Who does what?
- Self-confidence and the handling of a guilty conscience. For what am I really responsible?
- The issues of true delegation, trust and letting go
- Closeness and distance in leadership
