Executive Coaching is targeted at executive managers with large (international) leadership and strategic responsibilities. Due to my own experience, consulting and coaching will be combined on a powerful basis providing inspirational insights into your area of responsibility. Executive Coaching shapes the discussion on both levels:

1) Personality: what are the values of the executive manager, what is the applied leadership style, how does self-marketing work, networking and private / social aspects.

2) Management: how clear is the strategy, vision, mission, ambition and value proposition, how is talent management handled at that level, how does the communication work, how is the collaboration with the board, how is the team dynamic in the leadership team.

The Executive Coaching program is absolutely tailored to the needs and requirements of the client. At the very beginning we define a Coaching Contract (what to achieve, which topics to be addressed), and review the contract on a regular basis. From experience: it will not take long before your local environment notices a positive change in terms of focus, communication, orientation, reliability and inner balance.
